Add a BUILD_TIMESTAMP define

Issue hasn't been assigned a status value.

Quite simple really, add a BUILD_TIMESTAMP define thats set to an ISO-8601 timestamp of the build, YYYY-MM-DD HH:mm:SS would be the ideal format.

Just a nice bit of language handiness that lets us see the exact compile time of a DMB would be really nice, and hopefully wont be too much of a pain to implement.
