Better handling of [[*]] in skin events

Many skin events with [[*]] in their command were parsed on a rudimentary level that didn't make use of improvements to the embedded winget syntax. This has been fixed.

This issue has been resolved.
Many skin events don't use the embed formatting options available when sending a command with [[*]] in it. I.e., [[* as escaped]] won't work.
