Descriptive Problem Summary:
Not sure the trigger, however in rare cases your primary weapon (was using the auto rifle) will be unable to reload even if you have ammo to reload it with. I could press the reload button and the first part of the "reload" sound effect will play, and the exclamation point over my head would show, however this process would end abruptly and my weapon would not be reloaded. No ammo was being taken from my ammo total, either.
