Trying to get my friend to sign up for BYOND, but they are just not getting an email. They've tried with two different email accounts and have gotten nothing. Not sure what the issue might be or how I can diagnose this on my own so I need some help with this.

They've assured me that they're using the right email account, the right site, and the right things checked and read. They've also assured me that it's not going to spam/junkmail. They're using both comcast and gmail as an email provider.
Although we had an issue with gmail quite a while back, that was resolved. There shouldn't be any problem with them receiving their confirmation email, so I think that it is in fact going to a spam folder.
They said that nothing is in their spam folder for both email accounts.
