Exploding zombie gas causes instant death (perhaps needs to only tick once every so often)

This issue has been resolved.
Descriptive Problem Summary:

The zombie that explodes when dead and creates a massive area of gas appears to deal its damage each time you move while within its area of effect.

This means when you move for even a moment while within the gas, you will almost instantly die.

This is pretty rough, and it'll even instakill you on Easy difficulty. I don't think this is intended.
