We are thrilled to announce a momentous milestone in our journey together. Over the past year, our team has poured their hearts and souls into the development of Sovereign, our beloved sandbox, generational, dbz inspired roleplay game. We extend our deepest gratitude to each and every one of you for your unwavering support and enthusiasm throughout this incredible journey.

Now, the moment we've all been eagerly awaiting is upon us. We are ecstatic to unveil a plethora of new features and content, including the highly anticipated "Player Owned Dungeons" and a groundbreaking transverse of Action-to-RP mechanics that will immerse you like never before.

But that's not all - we have another thrilling extra to share. On top of having roleplaying be your key to catch up, you can now enjoy your life off the game while accumulating x5 worth of offline gains to get you back into gear for when you return. This Test wipe signifies a monumental step forward in our game's evolution. While we anticipate a few bugs along the way, we encourage all players to dive in and experience the game as if it were an official wipe.

Our journey to this point has been marked by the dedication and tireless efforts of our hardworking admins and testers. Their unwavering commitment to excellence has propelled us forward at an unprecedented pace.

Mark your calendars! The Test wipe will officially launch TOMORROW on February 9th at 9:00 PM EST (6:00 PM PST, 1:00 PM AET), and all players are cordially invited to join the adventure. Please note that rules will be strictly enforced, ensuring a fair and enjoyable experience for all.

This wipe represents a fresh start for everyone, and we welcome all newcomers with open arms. Together, let us embark on this thrilling new chapter in the world of Sovereign.

Thank you once again for your incredible support. The future of DBRP is looking brighter than ever before, and we cannot wait to share it with you.

See you in the game!

I was told to share my thoughts and concerns, my concerns is that demon revive if it hasn't been re-worked yet is a worse kaio revive, it takes decline on success, kaio revive doesn't, on failure demon revive doesn't revive and kills the demon if i remember correctly, kaio revive has no penalty and revives on success and also revives on failure with the penalty being death of the kaio. The new similarities between kaio and demon revive serve two issues, killing some of the unique flavor each revive had by copying penalties, and the second which is making demon revive an inferior kaio revive. Demon revive would have to have a very substitutional difference in revive chance over kaio revive for it to not be a a inferior kaio revive if they both work as i seem to recall they where explained, and i don't mean 20% i mean at least 40%-60% to be equal to kaio revive. (This is assuming both kaio reviver and demon reviver have optimal conditions stats/bp etc, i am also considering the possibility demon revive may require a lot more to have optimal conditions with how screwed over it appears but that wont be known without lots of play and testing most likely as admins giving links to raw game mechanic calculations of something like revive isn't something i see happening due to powergaming concerns.) It is very possible if i make a demon, which was my plan prior to hearing of the revive rework, that my only notable relevance to the plot after many years of play will be something along the lines of if i do or don't revive a major ec that just died depending on my luck with vaguely remembered mentions of ways for none-ranked afterlife races to go to living realm. Not to mention actively trying to absorb decline to gain back you're loses ever not being allowed regardless of if you are in danger of reaching decline or not makes no ic sense, demon revive is bad enough without that.

Hello UndyingSpell,

Thank you for reaching out and expressing your concerns. We appreciate your engagement and the opportunity to address your questions thoroughly.

It's important to clarify that there might be some misinformation circulating about resurrection penalties. Let me assure you that both Demon Revive and Kai Revive come with their own sets of advantages and drawbacks.

For Demon Revive, the penalty of decline only occurs if the revival attempt succeeds. However, death remains a risk regardless of success or failure. Similarly, Kai Revive imposes penalties such as a significant cut to Max Ki and an extended cooldown period for revival if successful. Again, the risk of death is present regardless of the outcome of the revival attempt.

We genuinely value your concerns and want to ensure that our players have a clear understanding of the game mechanics. Please know that your feedback is highly appreciated, and we hope that we've addressed your questions to your satisfaction.

Should you have any further inquiries or require additional clarification, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to assist you every step of the way.

Thank you for being a valued member of our community.

Best regards, AQV.
Even if what you say is true, kaio revive always succeeding in reviving, the main purpose of the skill makes it at least 20% better then demon revive if their isn't a way to raise ki via tech like in some games, and at least 40% better if their is a way to raise max ki trough tech, and possibly as high as 60% better if theirs an item similar to t-energy which is one of the most broken energy training tech item that basically caps you're max ki and i must of mistyped if i said their wasn't risk of death for one type, i meant to say is kaio revive always revives the target regardless of if they fail, which basically allows for an infinite revive chain and is the same as no risk of death if they have a form of tech item or way to negate the energy lose.
You let people who've no interest in roleplaying into a roleplaying game where those people troll and mistreat people who are trying to roleplay

While they stand around and powergamer.
Then you ban the only person brave enough to point it out
Shame on you.

This game will be shut down by byond soon due to copyright strike from toei, not a threat or a joke, it's a promise.

This message is here just so you realize what happened
when the game goes down. I don't want to talk about it.
You all had your chance. You treated me like total shit and now you'll suffer the consequences of your behavior.

You tried to get me to kiss your asses and "Take copium"
Then you treat me like shit and ban me? Yeah you're done, byond wont miss you.
You abused the wrong one. You'll see.
