on-blur / on-focus should be added for all elements

Now that client-side commands are a whole thing, managing the state of the client is more possible. Adding on-blur/on-focus to different commands would allow users to design quite a lot of new features we haven't even imagined yet, and to more seamlessly handle transitions between say, browsers and the map.
