Some changes to SIDE_MAP sorting in an earlier build resulted in some incorrect sorts in some cases.

This issue has been resolved.
Descriptive Problem Summary: Some icons, noticeably large icons, have had their layer sorting broken in specific situations, causing flickering, layering conflicts, and similar jank.

I don't think recent fixes/changes to sorting in SIDE_MAP were 100% nailed down.


Did the problem NOT occur in any earlier versions? If so, what was the last version that worked? The latest version that the sorting for sure was functional was 515.1615. I have not tested other beta builds between 1615 and 1625.
