Descriptive Problem Summary:
Seeker network connection is reset due to a read error at some point after world/IsBanned returns but before client/New is called. This occurs for remote or local connections. Existing connections are unaffected and pinging the daemon with remote Topic calls is unaffected.

Download compile and host this, https://github.com/vgstation-coders/vgstation13 , codebase and let it run for a while then repeatedly attempt to connect.

Connecting to the server completes as expected
Actual Results:
You are stuck in a connection failed loop for the next 10 minutes at which it randomly resolves itself.

Did the problem NOT occur in any earlier versions? If so, what was the last version that worked? (Visit http://www.byond.com/download/build to download old versions for testing.)
This issue has existed for at least 3 years if not longer and message logs with lummox about it over the years reveals daemon 512 to be the running version when I initially complained about it.
Workarounds:
Let dreamseeker sit and attempt reconnection over the next tens of minutes until it finally connects.
