Problem description:

So recently I've been having one drive issues with storage, and in a true stroke of pure genius I decided to completely delete Byond from my computer, Manually, and try to re-install it multiple times. Every time I do my best to erase it and re install, it just doesn't open. It shows it running in task manager, but doesn't open. I'm not too smart in files, so I worry I did something irreparable.
