Gah, I haven't made a post in a long while. This is the first time I've even wandered to BYOND for some time now, I feel like I betrayed you :'[
ANYWAYS
I've been meaning to download a LINUX OS for awhile now to boot from the CD or Thumb Drive.
But I was wondering - and this may sound stupid, so forgive me - but how would I do that?
Do I just download the OS, install it and then burn it to a disc or move it to my Thumb Drive?
Thanks in advance

Many OSs, like Ubuntu, allow you to burn the OS from Windows(It is an iso, but they explain how to burn it correctly on their site). Then you just reboot and let it run. It will automatically come up asking if you want to run live or whatnot.

If you want to install linux to a thumb drive i suggest something like Dmn Small Linux.
Unless the thumb drive you have it 5-6gb? |
