Descriptive Problem Summary: As the title says.

1. Open Dream Daemon.
2. Select the Privacy tab.
3. Add a new group/permissions list by selecting Add.
4. Enter a name for the group/permissions list.
5. Select Edit next to your group/permissions list.
6. Add a new key to the group/permissions list and confirm.

Ensure you have something being hosted.

Repeat steps 5 and 6 until DD crashes out. You may even notice DD becoming somewhat sluggish as you do this.

After 5-6 repetitions, maximum, you should get a crash, and the group/permissions list will seemingly revert to a previous version, requiring you to re-add keys you had previously already added.

This has been a thing for as long as I can remember. It is NOT new to 515.
