Descriptive Problem Summary:
When I want to scroll the map, I use the middle mouse button and move the cursor to the edge of the map area. However, to turn off the map moving "mode", I have to click the left mouse button. This is frustrating when I am painting something and want to "scroll" the map. In addition, now that I have problems with another bug...

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
1.Open map
2. Push middle mouse button to scrool map
3. now you are in "scrool mode" forever (until press LMB)
