Kunark, I resent you making it appear as though I was trying to rally a hatefest against Jiskuha/Polaruis/XzDog. Can you honestly tell me that if someone wished death upon one of your family members that you wouldn't express outrage? Come on!

I never said it wasn't worth expressing outrage... But look where that ended up? You got about a hundred anti-jiskuha posts and then jiskuha decided to fight back some more. Also, Cheetoz was very offended by what shades did, it's still the same thing.
These were private fights in chatrooms and you posted, as well as him, as well as a lot of other people brought it to the attention of everyone... Justified or not, these are private fights and I say they should stay private. What does everyone else have to do with any of it? In your case, I would say it's more justified than anyone else's posts, but I can't say the same for what it spawned. This is what happens with the most of them, one person posts it, and then the next person posts something against them, and it turns into a blog flame war. | |

Anyway, I agree with you. While the addition of member blogs has led to many interesting and useful things, it's also led to a lot of trolling and flaming, most of which wouldn't have been heard so strongly before. It's unfortunate. | |
