Hello all,

I have an old account that I used sparingly in the past, but when I try to log into it now, it says the account password that is stored is "in an old format".

The other issue is, the account is tied to an email that no longer exists (extension comcast.net) and I have no idea how to retrieve it.

Am I screwed?
