Filter is great, no need for blocking anymore . :)

But it blocks out some characters you need for proper grammar. Such as Apostrophes: ' "
And other characters such as: & < >

Using those characters won't show as they are, they would appear as
= >
< = <
& = &
' = '
" = "

That's not because of the filter, that's because of BYOND's crappy html encoding
