[BUG]Invalid Usage

Keep getting those, I continuously press the "2" hotkey, an this appears. Also when you use an apostrophe in a word it turns it into the code for apostrophes. Like-so: "& # 3 9 ;" (Minus the spaces)

The first one sounds like a BYOND bug, possibly related to the newest changes to control_freak.
And the 2nd one is more or less a BYOND bug as well, though there is a way to work around it.
