Freeze Blade Doesn't seem to work as a passive. Is it that it hasen't been coded in yet or It's just A Bug that they need to fix?

its simple dude, it does work, but not with melee attacks.Try attacking with dragon and ice blade, it'll freez 75% of the time i think? If every hits would freez it'd be unfair for other shikais like ichigos :3
