i wil start from what i know:

When vegeta was afk he got logged out
when he reloged his account was gone.

is this a standard procedure or is this a bug

i am writing on this forum because i have sub and he not so i am helping a friend out :)

You don't need a sub to post on the forums o.O
And no accounts shouldn't magically delete themselves.
