I got an idea ( this is just a thought)

ppl flash step in the air and stand on things like the poles in rugella and in pvp battles if ppl r standing on a pole in rugella they could flash step or flash assualt up to them and stand in the air and attack their opponents.

another idea maybe:

flash step on top of buildings/ pvp on top of buildings in karakura town. flash step above water with a shadow under u
and flash step thru the air etc... a flash step thru air skill so ppl cn flash step above certain things/ npcs and a descending skill so u cn fall (slowly) down to the ground.
a diff kind of flash step skill called flash step circle:
u flash step around a hollow npc/ opponent in pvp in a circle about 2 - 3 times and then press either s d or f and flash assualt or use flash step to get behind ur foe/opponent.
