Might add a dynamic instance system, where you can select a map type, enemy type (or might just base that on the map), and level range; and it will create a randomly generated dungeon for you to fight through (and collect treasure in) - with a boss at the end, and an EXP bonus for completing it.
Along with some new party features.

Ok first lvl cap is the max lvl, not lvl for vai. Second this idea is epic, reminds me of .hack xD (chaos gate). anyway cant wait to see this.

sounds like a great idea! just adding onto this, not sure if you already fixed this though, saw some people complaining in earlier posts that they got to lvl 100 and the lvl 100 quest didn't have a target NPC.... so maybe add that NPC as the boss to some dungeons?

idk, i thnk it was... The Silent One, or something..... a few people got it through arena training. anyway, someone was complaining about not being able to do the quest because there's no target for it

silent is the only one who got above lvl 90 other than truth and truth got deleted (i think it was truth) anyway im only at 83 and slowly on my way to 84 xD, and the reason alot of people were complaining about the quest is cause there were like 6+ of us looking for it with silent, me included xD.

Well I have an idea
A party of 2-6 enters a small dungeon/maze(Like you said, randomly put together so it's different each time) Each member is around 50-60 They would face monsters beginning at lvl 50 at the beginning of the dungeon, up to lvl 65-70 monsters towards the end. The boss monster would be 75-80 I suppose It'd be pretty fun but there should also be level limits for each dungeon Like a beginner dungeon would only be able to take people from lvl 1-15 and so on There would also be a scoreboard for fastest clearing times, just like the one from the arena. This would be a great opportunity also, to incorporate weapons and such. Like, after clearing a dungeon a certain amount of times, you receive a special weapon. To start, the first dungeon would be located at the outpost and be for characters 1-10 The first monsters would be the ground and air hollows, followed by the Tree ones, Seagull ones and Shell ones(Forgot the names, been a while since I've trained on those) and finally Wulfs and Werewulfs for the final stages. The boss would be an Alligator from the sewer areas maybe and the prize would be an Alligator hat which adds 10 VIT and 10 MGCDef after clearing the dungeon 30x It'd be much more appealing to new players who don't wish to grind and yet, require skill and teamwork. I think it'd greatly improve the game play and DEFINITELY draw more players. Just a thought :] Great work though Fal and Nice update yesterday btw :D |
very nice idea and i think there should be an area for acceptance so that only the party members standing in the area are accepted, that way if lets say im helping someone and 2+ people in the party want to go in they dont have to wait for us or kick me to get in, and no i dont think there should be late joining.

Btw why don't you put in a level cap until you put in higher level things like Vaizard and such.
