Was testing my hosting and I ended up with this runtime. I didn't see it until everyone left so I don't know what caused it directly.
As for the suggestion, how about those item drops move to dense tile or be able to get them when hit with a projectile? Those pesky items in dense tiles taunt you when you really need them.
As for the suggestion about items, it's on the list (not just "the list", but an actual file with features slated for the next release), and will be in the game in 1.16, if I ever release it.
