Space Station 13

I'm trying to download and play Space Station 13 (first timer) and I am so confused

1) The download speed is EXTREMELY slow, and I doubt it's because of the sanctions I face.

2) Is it normal for me to have to restart BYOND multiple times to get the servers loaded properly?

3) Anyone else here from Iran, I could use some help please for the love of God
