I'm still reliant on the Skin Reference in dream maker, but now I don't see the option in the menu for it. I'm currently working on a game about learning japanese and would like to do code on the skin.
Where did it go?

It's been integrated into the usual reference, built into Dream Maker and online. There's a top-level category for it: https://www.byond.com/docs/ref/index.html#/{skin}

The skin reference document is still up, but it's deprecated. All skin reference info is now in the main DM reference.
