Alternative Port Forwarding for people behind a Satallite or Mobile?

Hello BYOND...
I have been living in a home for the past 2 years that had port forwarding disabled... We have Starlink which sounds amazing but costs a ton and doesn't allow portforwarding...

On YouTube I heard of a software (https://localxpose.io/) which allows you to port forward by reverse engineering the port (or something, don't know how to explain it.)

So I invested in a Premium account and opened my TCP Network but this is the format it comes in: us.loclx.io:5171 (5171 is the port I am supposed to use but the (us.loclx.io) is a replacement to the IP Address...)

Is there anyway possible I could make this work to host a BYOND Game (Would Docker Work, never used it but I have documentation for that).

So, this issue has been resolved, I couldn't find a way to access Port Forwarding through this method but I did happen to find a FREE 
FREE!
OpenVPN Client that Port Forwards for me...

If you need to find a Port Forwarding Client for FREE in 2023, 
I used OpenVPN which is a Peer to Peer VPN:

Then, just download the .OVPN file from your Country, 
make a FREE Account and Login:
