This issue has been resolved.
Descriptive Problem Summary:

When compiling larger maps with dm.exe things like New() start getting weird and firing for the wrong types and things of that nature leading to all sorts of bad things.

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:

1) Compile with dm.exe
2) WTF all over yourself

(This bug is already fixed, just posting a report for notes)
