I sent an email like 1 month ago to change my old email from this account and still didn't get a reply, how much does it usually takes to get a response from the staff?

I'm pretty sure you can change the e-mail attached to the account yourself under my account. Top right where your name is etc, My account, and then change under e-mail.
Yeah, I'm aware of that but I mean the old email attached to a BYOND account, there are two, the old and the new email. I sent an email to see if the staff could change me the old email to the one I'm using right now.
I've been waiting for at least 2 years
