I just installed BYOND and tried opening it but it didn't work, it loaded but didn't open. (The "delete windows-pos line in pager.txt" doesn't work because there is no "windows-pos" line in pager.txt)

Silly question but did you check the notification area in the bottom-right of the screen? When BYOND is minimized it doesn't show up in the taskbar, but it does show up in the notification area.

Turns out i just needed to run it twice to get it to open
