Doesn't follow the regular format so I am going to keep it quick

The documentation states the following on the entry for /world
"New vars and procs cannot be defined under world though;"

However, we have many instances of this in our codebase (ParadiseSS13/Paradise) (See https://i.imgur.com/4dxzlDO.png)

Is the documentation wrong, or have we been using a bug for all these years? If the latter, I apologise to everything that is about to break.
