Windows 11 environment is awful in Byond

this is IE11 in Byond. Contents are bigger than how it was before, so the window resolution has been broken.

also the dream daemon has a bad resolution in windows 11. I even can't adjust the options at the bottom, but this one is affordable at least.
the image I posted above is the real critical issue.

I don't think adding specific resolution to IE11 windows for every environment isn't good. It should be handled in Byond itself not in code, I think.

AffectedArc07	This is to do with windows scaling. If you are at 125 or 150% scaling, set it to 100%, reboot, then try again. I had the same issue on windows 10 ages ago before removing the scaling.
