When turfs were made invisible via the Layers menu of the map editor, underlays still appeared.

This issue has been resolved.
Descriptive Problem Summary: When turf visibility is turned off in the map editor, turf underlays remain visible.

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
1) Open a project which contains a map with turf underlays.
2) Layers > toggle Only Show Selectable Layers.
3) Layers > toggle Turfs (Ctrl + 2).
4) Observe that in locations with turf underlays, those underlays are still displayed.

Expected Results: For turf underlays to not be displayed when turfs are not select to be shown.

Actual Results: Turf underlays are displayed when turfs are not selected to be shown.

When does the problem NOT occur? The problem does not occur when using the predefined layer selections (Ie: Obj only: Ctrl + 7)
