Descriptive Problem Summary: Pasting a selection of atoms in the map editor can not be undone using the Undo feature.

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
1) Launch a project with a map and navigate to the map file.
2) Using the Select Rectangle Tool, select an area of atoms.
3) Copy the selection (Ctrl + C)
4) Paste the selection (Ctrl + V) in another location.
5) Attempt to undo the pasting of the selection (Ctrl + Z)
6) Observe that the selection can not be removed through the undo feature.

Expected Results: For the pasting of the selection to be available for undoing through the undo feature.

Actual Results: Selections can not be removed through the undo feature.
