Undo missing for some functions

Deleting a rectangular selection did not create a correct undo action. Additionally, dragging a turf that was not previously selected did not create an undo action.

This issue has been resolved.
Descriptive Problem Summary:
undo does not work for some functions in the map editor, including deleting with the select tool and dragging turfs with the move tool

unsure if related to the crash in https://www.byond.com/forum/post/2829226 but undoing after compiling may also crash the editor

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
place objects or turfs on a map
use the move tool on a turf and try to undo
use the select tool to delete objects and turfs and try to undo
