Actions that caused the DirectX device to be lost, such as hitting Ctrl+Alt+Del, would prevent the world preview in the map editor from redrawing correctly.

Descriptive Problem Summary:
during some circumstances the map preview in the editor will turn black and infinitely copy the viewport box icon

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
open a project to the map editor
ctrl+alt+delete and open task manager
click on the map preview in the editor
map preview will turn black until the project is recompiled
