My friends byond confirmation sign up email isn't sending

I've been trying to get one of my friends on the game but their confirmation email isn't sending, any advice on how to help?

Sure! What sort of email provider does your friend use?

I generally recommend using Gmail, but even that will occasionally have issues with BYOND's e-mail sending foo.

Even when Outlook manages to accept the message, Outlook has a track record of mangling the confirmation link.

I'd recommend making a Gmail, yeah. Or just a non-Outlook account. Anything'll do.

They used gmail and managed to join in
