I know theres a billion posts for this but ive tried everything ive found. Just wondering if anyone had any other issues since this is a new setup.

Current Download/Upload - 398/20 - Latency 11ms - Hardwired connection
AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 12-Core Processor
32 GB ram
Nvidia RTX 3090 TI

Tried Solutions
Hardware Graphic Accel
Changing Process Priority
Adjusting Dreamseaker to run in compatibility mode for 10/7
Restart Router
Disable Firewalll
Adjust QOS settings
Clear Game Cache
Fresh Install
Run as Admin(Byond)
Tried a few games(Not all Lost connection but all had visible spikes every few minutes, freezing etc could be the games still tho)
Web Packet loss tests dont show any lost packets(not that its 1 to 1)
Windows update, driver updates, etc
DNS Flush
Can play Online games with no real latency(Prob different Technologies though)
