Hi, I wrote to "[email protected]" about my problem - I lost my access to ckey Alexix1989 and cannot reset the password. I replied with the ways I can prove my ownership of this account, but around three weeks have passed since my reply and I haven't get any answer. Please let me know if something is wrong. Thank you!

The only thing wrong is that Lummox JR is currently the only person manning the support e-mail, and as a result turnaround on support requests is bottlenecked at his personal schedule. He's quite busy tying up the upcoming 515 version for Beta release, and as a result support requests have likely been placed on the backburner.
