Hello, I have a friend who recently tried to log into an old account of his. He got the message that his account had been disabled due to inactivity and that he would need to go to his email for that account to resolve it. Unfortunately he does not have access to that email account anymore.

He does have the proof of purchase for the game it involved on Steam. Could anyone provide directions on whom he needs to contact/email/whatever to get this resolved?
