Which one is better? Which is better in the aspect of gameplay, how interesting is it after game completition and how long can it occupy a person for?
|
B/W is actaully said to be great but pokemon seem to suck and the thing i heard is that your only allowed to enter the dreamworld 1h/day. and the fact that most pf tue pokemon suck brings it down because your strongest pokemon will be suckish since ya cant trade till ya complete the game.
Anyways can ya tell me more features and such that might change my mind? |
Well, Black/White have the greatest gameplay of any of the Pokemon games. The bigegst downside is that some of the wild Pokemon are crazy strong. So it really adds to the "You better train your Pokemon before moving onto the next area" aspect.
Oh. Lilipups. Those are the only wild Pokemon you'll see for the first half of the damn game. ;; I exaggerated that, but it sure feels like it. xD |
Whats the story like in B/W? and doesnt the fact of 16 gyms make the gameplay of ss/hg ake the gameplay much longer?
|
The story in B/W is a lot more dynamic and movie-like than other traditional Pokemon games which is a fresh of breath of fresh air for the franchise.
And yeah, however HG/SS are remakes of Gold and Silver and like G/S there is very little to do after defeating the first 8, since the storyline doesn't drive you through the last 8. There are a few interesting side-quests, though. |
But whats the differene in black and whites story?like whats so different?and in hs/ss is the previous version only walked through till the 1st 8 gyms or even te rebuilds are the same?
|
Black/White just changes some wild pokemons (Zekrom & Reshiram for example in the tower) and the Black City & White Forest.
|
There's also the fact that Black/White actually had a pretty detailed story - something that started since Emerald, though in my opinion got a lot better with Diamond/Pearl.
Really though, I'd say Black/White. If challenge is your thing in a Pokemon, Black/White is likely not to let you down. And yes, it does penalize you big-time if you only use the same (likely starter) Pokemon only. You get less EXP the more levels over the enemy you are, meaning using a party (or just three or so, really) is actually good. |
Black and White are probably the best modern Pokemon games because Nintendo actually added twists and changed the story a bit. The new Pokemon kind of suck, but you will not be disappointed by B/W. I promise.
