You can use the support forum to make a request. Generally, I believe they do not partake in membership transfers due to the massive amount of requests they would receive.

Yeah, it's possible. I've done it before, but since I was gifted my membership they wanted approval from the person that gifted it, after they recieved that, the action took place.

Some rare special cases do come up from time to time, but the official stance is that memberships are non-transferable.
