Paypal & BYOND Membership

Well, I really want to be a BYOND member so, i need some help.
I'm a 15 years guy, so i don't have credit card. My question is if there's another way to get Membership, or if i can use Paypal without credit card (and how to get money for that paypal account).

Do some work for people around BYOND? Having them send the cash to your paypal? Or even asking them to buy the membership directly?

What type of work? Btw, most of the people on my pager never gave me membership when i did help D:
