BYOND's members files is not big enough but I want the host files on the hub... so what web sites can hold 36 ( for got name of the type of memory size but you should be smart enough to know wat im talking about) and more?

Maybe you should try finding ways to get the amount of resources on that down. Some ways are:
Do not use .WAV files. Use .OGG instead.
Do not use .BMP files. Use .PNG (or JPEG if you do not mind the lossy compression).
Do make sure you turned Debug mode off (I cannot remember if this does increase DMB size but it is probably going to help somewhere).
