(Post)

The reason for posting this is because Tom needs to get this post so he can answer some questions and promote BYOND for educational use.

The real reason for posting this is because for the first time ever I can post this on the forum and get off scott-free and others will finally read my blog posts and become hypnotized into becoming my followers, who will then promptly make me king of the world and nobody will be able to stop me! Hahahahaha!

Oh, come on! You're always letting digitalmouse do it. He must be a demi-god by now!

a few years back when i was in school my computer teacher caught me coding a game in DM, and anything non-school related was not allowed on the Computers there.

Anyways I was in a C+ Programming class, and convinced the teacher that coding in DM is very close to C+ programming, and showed him the example from [Here] where it compares DM to Other programming languages like C+.
The teacher was amazed on how close it was and he let me continue working in DM, because it had an educational puprpose of helping me learn C+ because it's so similar.

That goes to show, that there is a possible exuse to keep from getting in trouble from coding in DM while in school ^.^

I'm surprised you took a C++ course and never realized that there are, in fact, two "plus" symbols.

[Edit]
Though, it should be noted, C++ and DM are very different. DM has quite a bit more in common with Python than with C++.

lol, my mistake, I ment C++. I accidently forgot the second +s
I'm a lil drunk right now, so maybe that's why, lol.

Well, Python may be closer to DM, but I was in a C++ Programming class, so I had to use C++ as an example, otherwise I would of failed to trick the teacher, lol.

Why do so many BYOND members use the fact that they're intoxicated as an excuse? >_>
