Headphone / Microphone not working!

It works on Linux, but in Vista I can't get it to work.
Installed audio drivers.

This probably isn't the problem, however it's the only thing I can think of at the moment. You have the audio drivers installed, but do you have the drivers for the headset? Vista SHOULD automatically recognize it and use a generic driver, however that could be the problem.

It didn't come with any kind of disk, and I didn't find any drivers on the site.

I take it you have gone through and checked in the Control Panel for audio settings?
