I am trying to remember how to spell it. Remember like, those big, heavy, free standing torches, or burning bins? They were usually made out of stone, and rather big, people would use them to light places, or just for a cool effect, I think they were spelled like Blazers, or Blazier, or something.
Can someone help me?

No, "bra" stands for brassiere.

I was close...
I haven't seen that word written down too often as usually only the word bra is used and I didn't even know that it was an abbreviation until recently. |

Yas, actually same here ('recently' being 'now').

The funniest thing is, just the other day I was reviewing an infamous RPG system known as "FATAL" which also made the same mistake -- mistaking brassiere and brazier. It was a little disquieting to see a Brazier of Drooping.
(FATAL isn't nearly as bad as the insult-and-swearword-laden "review" purports it to be. Some of the stuff is stupid, and some is in poor taste, but the majority of the system is exactly what it claims to be: a roleplaying system which attempts to provide rules for almost all conceivable situations. Though overcomplex, the system is actually quite intelligent if you ignore all of the supposedly-mature immature bits.) |
