Not sure if I am in the right spot

But I get emails that some one submited a game to my site. When I go to submisions it says I have none what is wrong with it O.o

PM noticed an issue with this recently as well, although I believe the fix for his issue is already live. I did however discover that people are still able to submit games to guilds that have turned off the flag indicating they'll accept new games, so that can be fixed.

Actually the problem started with me was when they changed the appeance of the site

The fix for your issue should be in now as far as no longer allowing people to submit games, but you can clear out the list of submissions by temporarily turning on the checkbox marked "Is a game directory" in your guild settings. Once you uncheck that, no one should be able to make new submissions.
