Can someone send me a link that at less help on coding and other stuff for Naruto and DBZ game

Really there are no resources that tell you how to make a specific game; only a specific genre: roleplaying, strategy, puzzle and etc. You learn to program and give it the elements of whatever it is(DBZ & Naruto in your case).
