okay my computer is out of date and im thinking about upgrading but I know little about computer(Except for my harddrive which is fairly new)
Okay I went searching and the best gaming cards from Radeon i can get is the one i have now.. cause i have PCI not PCI Express
So what would you recomend for a graphics card?(gaming computer)
I amy be thinking about upgrading sound so if you would liek to point me in the right direction on those that would be great thanks

You're probably not going to be able to play any of the newer games (or probably anything including and beyond the Source engine) with just a PCI slot, so I'd recommend that you upgrade. However, any one of these is probably your best bet for gaming.

AGP 8x is faster and better compared to PCI express.
considering many people such as myself do not have the budget for a new computer or some 300 dollar card you can always get nice deals with ATI - GeForce somewhere about. However the best gurantee on better performance through upgrading is always to buy more RAM which is cheap. |

Replying to the wrong post is like talking to a wall. I gave you a link which lists the more powerful video cards you can get for PCI cards from Newegg. It's up on the list.

I recommend getting a computer with PCI Express.
PCI is a *huge* bottleneck on the graphics card. AGP is far better. PCI-Express is even better than that.
