Windows- Video Conferenceing

What kind of programs out there offer video conferencing with more than one person?

I want to talk with all of my friends at once! (probably only 3 people at once.)

Then you should upgrade to something like Windows XP that has those sorts of features. :P

As no one was using net-meeting because of windows Live Messenger doing everything it did. it was replaced by Windows Meeting Space in Vista.
