Setup Oracle Express, Setup Apache, Link them?

I installed them both, but now how the heck do I access Oracle Express outside of my own computer?

I tried to go to
http://myip:8080, but it comes up to a 404
(I went through 192.168.0.101, so port forwarding does not apply here, right?)

For local connections? Try 127.0.0.1:port I believe

No.
That would be the loopback address.
I need the address to another computer on my router, which would be 192.168.0.101

Right. If you have two computers behind the same router, they can talk to each other directly, no need for port forwarding.

If you're getting a 404 error, that indicates that you are actually connecting to a server (otherwise what's showing the 404 error?). Check to see if there are any security settings in Oracle that are preventing connections from other machines.
