I installed them both, but now how the heck do I access Oracle Express outside of my own computer?
I tried to go to
http://myip:8080, but it comes up to a 404
(I went through 192.168.0.101, so port forwarding does not apply here, right?)

For local connections? Try 127.0.0.1:port I believe

No.
That would be the loopback address. I need the address to another computer on my router, which would be 192.168.0.101 |

If you have two computers behind the same router, they can talk to each other directly, no need for port forwarding. If you're getting a 404 error, that indicates that you are actually connecting to a server (otherwise what's showing the 404 error?). Check to see if there are any security settings in Oracle that are preventing connections from other machines. |
